お酒２杯くらいが私のデフォルトなので、その時の大体の金額を記載しています。
バーにはそれぞれ、野球でいうところの得意なポジションがあると思いますが、このバーはウイスキーだと思います。
料理もかなり得意なお店です。腕がいいバーテンダーは、料理を作らせてもうまい、と思っています。お酒の味で鍛えられているのですから、料理にもそれを応用することができるのでしょう。
恥ずかしながら、写真の海老トーストは、このお店に出入りしてからかなり後に知りました。朝買って職場でランチとして食べながら自慢したいほどの逸品です。
他にもカブのバジル和えやゴルゴンゾーラのパスタも絶品です。
スタンダードなカクテルももちろんですが、「こういうお酒が飲みたいです」と相談しても満足する一杯を飲ませていただけます。
