渋谷駅から東急本店方向へ、109の向かい側に靴屋のダイアナがあって、その隣に赤い看板が目印、エレベーターで４階に上がります。
ご主人が元気に迎えてくれます。
何度か暖簾を潜って見ると、この妙に家庭的な雰囲気に安定感があって、オヤと感じさせられるんですな。
ここには昨年移転された年代物の渋谷の居酒屋さんなのであります。
初来店の女性スタッフ２人をお伴にしてた事もあって、ドジョウ鍋をヤることにし、まずはビールで乾杯です。
以前はお母さんがいらして、世話をしてくれたんですが、今日はご主人自ら作法の伝授が特にスタッフに向けて為されています。
黒い出汁がグツグツとしてくる頃には、熱燗に素早くギアを切り替え、やれ最初は葱ダケ一緒にドジョウを食べちゃいけねェよ。と能書きを聴きつつ盃を煽り、葱をフウフウしながら、徳利を傾けつつ、濃い出汁を嘗めては、徳利を揺らして葱と一緒にお代わりネなどする訳です。
３度目の葱でお許しが出る頃には、下戸の２人を後にして、当方は鍋の熱気と熱燗の酒精で渾然一体の境地に漂ってる次第でありますが、彼女たちは揺れる酔っ払いを尻目に、鍋の残滓を卵とじにし、更にお茶碗を手にご飯に掛けて掻き込む暴挙に出ているではないか。
こんなのアリだった？と、微笑みつつソバに立つご主人と共に、彼女らのデザートは？の声を耳にするや目を丸くするのであった。
かくしてオジサンの渋谷の夜は更けて行くのであった。
