●JR Yamanote Line: Exit the south ticket gate of Shibuya Station, East Exit, 8 minutes walk in the direction of Shibuya Police Station. Exit the station, go up the footbridge in front of you, cross towards Shibuya Police Station, and proceed along Roppongi Street (Route 412) towards Roppongi. Pass Family Mart and Bosch Cafe, and go straight. Turn right at the Shibuya 3-chome traffic light, and you will see the Ramen Nagi sign right away. ●Tokyu Toyoko Line, Denentoshi Line, Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, Fukutoshin Line "Shibuya Station" 8 minutes walk from Exit 15 Hikarie 1st floor (The 2nd floor connecting passage to Hikarie is the same route from "Shibuya Station" on the JR Line, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, and Keio Inokashira Line) Exit Hikarie 1st floor, and turn left. Go up the footbridge in front of the intersection, cross towards Shibuya Police Station, and proceed along Roppongi Street (Route 412) towards Roppongi. 今回のお店は【ラーメン凪 豚王 渋谷本店】さん。
渋谷にありますは
煮干しラーメンの名店『凪』が海外で展開する豚骨ラーメンブランド『豚王』唯一の日本店。
場所は渋谷駅南口から徒歩8分。
駅からは少し遠く、渋谷2丁目交差点から八幡通りに入ると雰囲気のある赤提灯が現れる。
時刻は21:00ごろ。
食券機で特製ラーメンを購入。
海苔をトッピングして
ライスもいただくことに。
おひとり様はそのままカウンター席へ。
団体の人は奥にテーブル席があるっぽいのでそちらに案内されてました。
麺の硬さや味の濃さを選べるのだが、項目多すぎてめんどくさかったので全部おすすめで。
辛さの単位だけ0.1.2みたいに数字なので注意。
ちなみに凪のお店ですが、煮干しラーメンはなく、あくまで豚骨ラーメン専門店なのでそちらも注意。
しばし待っていたらラーメン到着。

早速スープを一口、、、
おう！THE豚骨！
美味しい！
豚骨の旨味と甘味がしっかりと効いた王道の豚骨ラーメン。
オーソドックスな豚骨だが、その中でも少し甘めで最初はタレとの分量なのか仄かに出汁っぽくあっさり。
後半はしっかりと濃厚になってきて食べ飽きないのも良い。
麺は極細ストレート麺。
おすすめのカタでオーダーしましたが、それでもけっこうやわめ。
個人的に海苔と合わせると絶品。
ネギがたっぷり、キクラゲにチャーシュー、味玉と海苔とコスパよろし。
特製辛味の『一撃』はかなり辛いがかなり美味しい。
1辛でもスープの味がガラリと変わるので、純粋な豚骨ラーメン食べたい人は無しが良いかと。
私は個人的に好きでしたが。

渋谷で所用があってどうしてもラーメン食べて帰りたくて、ずっと行けてなかった豚王さんに初訪問。
これ以上でも以下でもないスタンダードな豚骨ラーメンで、飲みの〆に最高なラーメンといった印象。
豚骨ラーメンって都内あんまりないからチェーン店もめっちゃ並んでいるので美味しい豚骨ラーメン屋さんは貴重ですね。
