○ Young sweetfish and eggplant fritters ○ Ishidai carpaccio ○ Turban shell and eggplant ○ Pasta with American sauce ○ Basque Chocolate cake ¥12,100/person I heard that they had reopened and checked the details on Facebook before visiting. I ordered the 5,500 yen Menu Corto, which is only available after 10pm, which includes an entrée, two appetizers, pasta, and a short course dessert. The chef is good at fish, and all four dishes were seafood. There were three types of bread: shallot grissini, rosemary focaccia, and ciabatta. The appetizers were especially delicious, and the carpaccio was paired with barley, and the turban shell dish was also delicious. The restaurant seems to focus on wine, and the seasoning was designed to go well with wine. The price of the alcohol seemed a bit high, as two glasses of wine cost more than the course price. I had only been to the slightly lively bar on the first floor, but the restaurant in the basement had a different, more relaxed atmosphere, which was nice.
