[VINO] Shibuya/ Italian Cuisine Reunited with a friend in Shibuya after returning from NY for the first time in several years. When asked, ``What do you want to eat in Japan after a long time?'' His answer was ``Spaghetti with sea urchin and salmon roe.'' You can eat Sushi, Yakiniku (Grilled meat), and yakitori overseas if you pay more, but he chose to use fresh Japanese seafood. The pasta is said to be a very elaborate and delicate dish that can only be found in Japan! So, I went to VINO! This is what I ordered! ■Spaghetti with rich sea urchin and salmon roe from Hokkaido ■Pasta with lemon cream When I rolled up the pasta with sea urchin and salmon roe and stuffed it into my mouth, I couldn't help but close my eyes at the harmony of the sea urchin and salmon roe. Wow, delicious! It's exquisite. The soft texture that seems to melt in your mouth is truly luxurious. The deep flavor of the rich sea urchin and just the right amount of saltiness from the salmon roe intertwines with the pasta. I thought "happiness" was the word to use at times like this. The other item I ordered, “Lemon Cream Pasta,” was also delicious! The rich cream and the refreshing lemon scent were a perfect match, and it was so delicious that it took my breath away. It was so delicious that I wanted to certify it as a ``specialty!''. The alcohol has progressed too! Thank you for the meal! I'll visit you again. #Shibuya Gourmet #Shibuya Italian Cuisine #Shibuya Pasta #Shibuya Italian Cuisine Bar #I want to connect with people who like gourmet food #I want to connect with people who like eating out If you like, please like, save, comment, and follow ^ ^ @harry_tokyo_gourmet Other Post here
