サルデーニャ地方の家庭料理

渋谷駅から3分
渋谷マークシティ横の坂を少し上がり、セブンイレブンを左に曲がったすぐ右側。青い入口のレストランです。
渋谷のイタリアンについて友人に聞かれると、必ずタロスを紹介しています。
いつも混んでいるので夜は数人で伺う場合、必ず予約をしますがランチは予約不可です。今日は友人とランチに伺いました。
平日12時半過ぎ、少し時間をずらしたので辛うじて席がありました。殆ど満席状態です。
ランチのタロス特製サラダセットは、全てのお料理にサラダとパンが付いています。
A）パスタセットとB）メインセットがあります。
本日のパスタセット 1,260円
①しらすとフレッシュトマトのオイルベース
②サルシッチャとナスのトマトソース
メインセット 1,460円
①鮮魚のロースト サルデーニャ風甘酢ソース
②仔牛もも肉カツレツ ピリ辛トマトソース
パスタセットの2種類を頼んで友人とシェアしました。
サラダは、セットでもミニではなく普通サイズです。パンは二つずつ付いています。
しらすの塩味がオイルベースに良く合っています。サルシッチャは、食材を腸詰めにしたイタリア発祥の具材なので、トマトソースと相性が良く、ショートパスタとしては絶品でした。この値段でこのクオリティは、本当にお得なランチです。
店内は、イタリア情緒に溢れています。壁に飾ってあるお皿、木のテーブルや椅子は素朴で、サルデーニャ地方のどこかの街で食事をしている気分になります。
サルデーニャ島は、イタリアの中でも特異な文化を持っていると言われ、お料理やワインも独自の文化が根付いています。
「Tharros」は、本場イタリアから食材を取り寄せ、からすみや羊料理が特徴的なサルデーニャの郷土料理を提供しています。アラカルトのメニューで私が好きなのは、サルデーニャ特有の粒々パスタ「フレーグラ」と濃厚なカラスミスパゲティです。
いつ行ってもサービス精神に溢れている温かなスタッフの接客で、気持ち良く、美味しくイタリア料理を堪能しています。
