食べログの点数が高くなかったらまず気が付かなかったかもしれないこちらダム・ジャンヌ
食べログビストロ百名店ながらその古びたドアの奥は暗闇が広がり、知らなかったらそっとそのまま扉を閉めてましたね笑
こちらはフランスで買い付けた100年前のアンティーク家具で雰囲気を作ったうえであえての暗闇。
その理由は座ったテーブルにローソクを灯してその火を見ながら食べる形式だから＾＾
この席に着席した後だと幻想的な雰囲気でなるほど！！となりますね☆
知らなかったら怖くて入れないです＞＜
オーナーシェフの松野隆之さんは、六本木のフレンチレストラン「ル レカミエ」で数年間修行した後、渡仏して奥様と二人で切り盛りされてます。
ワイン片手にのんびりと鉛筆手書きのメニューを読みます♪
まずはチーズの盛り合わせ☆
色々なチーズを見せてくれて、空きに選びます♪
このチーズとワインだけでろうそくの火とともに食事は豪勢ですな＾＾
その後メインはイベリコ豚の南仏焼き♪
豪勢なお肉と赤ワインはたまらない♪
ゆったりとした接客のため、出てくるまでの間はかなりありますがそれすら楽しめる紳士淑女の方向きのお店♪
ちなみにワインが飲めないと楽しさがかなり半減するので飲めることが結構重要かも＾＾
またメニューはかなり日替わりのアラカルトらしくこれが食べたいなぁって予習していってもないことが多いので、本当に気楽に入ってワインを楽しむ感覚が重要♪
この日は11時ながらお客さんは私たち一組のみ。
コロナ禍で夜飲むというのはハードルがかなり上がってるのかな。
しかし誰もいない暗闇で夜中にワインを飲む方がコロナ対策としては良いかもしれない。
時間じゃなくてやはり密かどうかのほうが重要な気がする。。。
こういったお店が割を食うので夜中営業スタイルのお店は本当に大変ですね＞＜
