Dame Jeanne is a popular hideaway Bistro in Shinsen, which has been gaining attention lately. It's close to Shinsen Station and has a tasteful appearance. When you enter the restaurant, it's pitch black and you can't even see your feet, but it's a nice setting. When you sit down, the candles are lit, and the mood instantly becomes lively. We chose two appetizers and two main dishes based on the handwritten menu recommendations. ◎White asparagus with mousseline sauce A gentle dish of large white asparagus with French cuisine-style white sauce ◎Foie gras salad A combination of sautéed foie gras and fresh vegetables ◎Mediterranean-style soup of wild white fish A warming soup made with fish stock ◎Roasted duck breast with orange sauce Just the right heat makes it soft and flavorful, and goes well with wine ◎Drinks Kir Royal, beer, wine, etc. ◎Desserts Cakes, baked goods, etc. Although we didn't order them this time, they also have a lineup of unique alcoholic beverages.
