いつも一緒に仕事をしている後輩と会食兼打ち合わせをする予定で、
静かにお話が出来て、かつ和食が食べたかったので色々探してると
本当にもってこいのお店を見つけることが出来まして、
『茶茶 このか』さんにお邪魔させていただきました。
宮迫さんのお店と同じビルの4Fにございます。
店内はお淑やかな空間で、渋谷にいることを忘れさせてくれる空間でした。
『【個室優先・至福コース】7,000円』を予約しました。
残念ながら個室ではなくテーブル席へのご案内でした。
まあ当日予約でしたし、よく受け入れてくれたなと思って感謝してます。
メニューはこちら。
◆白魚・若布
僕には難しい味付けでした。ほんのり苦味がありました。
◆おばんざい五種盛り合わせ
控えめな味付けで悪くないです。
◆初カツオ・桜鯛・本鮪中トロ・帆立・かんぱち：わさび・桜塩
全て臭みがなく、旨み全開のお刺身でした。
◆かき揚げ（駿河湾産桜海老・空豆・新玉葱）
これめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。そら豆がめちゃめちゃ柔らかく、
桜海老の風味全開のものではなく、バランスがいいかき揚げでした。
◆黒毛和牛陶板ステーキ
旅館で食べるやつが出てきました。これ渋谷で食べれるんだあって思い
感動してました。笑 フル赤身でしつこくなくめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。
◆雲丹いくらの土鍋ご飯・味噌汁・香の物
これ食べた瞬間に声が出ました。大体土鍋のウニってちょっと臭みあるタイプのやつが
多い印象があって、心配でしたが、甘みからくるもので、
さらに炊き込みご飯が最高に美味い。炊き込みご飯界隈では味は濃い方だと思います。
うわ、うまって声出ちゃって店員さんに笑われました。
◆自家製黒胡麻わらびもちと水菓子
黒胡麻のわらび餅は初めてで、中に胡麻が入っていて風味良かったです。
◆藤井茶園のお抹茶
抹茶はあんまり飲んだことないので、評価できなかったです。多分美味しいんだろう。
追加で、『銀鱈の西京焼き』、『カマンベールチーズ天ぷら』、『肉じゃが』を注文。
また行きたい！
