今宵は愉快な仲間と渋谷で飲み会。
0次会を経て幹事さんが予約してくれた店に向かいます。
■アジトリュクス
飲食店ビルの2階にあるイタリアンダイニング。
入口が分かりくかったけど、1階にある大島ラーメンが目印。
黒のパンティストッキング…
じゃなくて黒いレースのカーテンで仕切られた個室に案内されました。
照明を落とした店内はスタイリッシュでとってもムーディ（勝山）
右から来た店長の説明を左へ受け流して…
カンパ～イ♪
初めて飲んだローラン・ペリエ。
さすがシャンパン、高級感のある味わい。
メニューを拝見して店長オススメ料理を中心にオーダー…
◆真鯛のカルパッッチョ￥1020
鯛は刺身も寿司も大好きだけど、カルパッチョにして食べると上品な甘みとコクが広がります。
◆ペペロンチーノ￥1120
アーリオオーリオが大好きなのでニンニク＆唐辛子マシマシでお願いしました。
プツンとした細目のパスタの食感がいいねぇ、フォークで巻いてもほどける旨さ。
ガッツリにんにくが効いてるけど、当分チューの予定が無いので大丈夫。
◆和牛フィレ肉のダイスカットステーキ￥1480
ミディアムレアに焼かれたフィレ肉、食べやすいサイズにカットされてサーブされました。
店長の説明によると今半に匹敵する老舗、日本橋日山さんから肉を仕入れているそうです。
柔らかで和牛の旨みが存分に味わえるフィレステーキ、和風ソースとの相性も抜群。
さすがに良い肉を使っているのが分かります。
◆ゴルゴンゾーラと蜂蜜のピザ￥1530
「ピザは生地から作っているけど石窯ではなくオーブンで焼いているんですよ」と正直な店長。
届いた瞬間からゴルゴンゾーラがプンプン漂い、チーズ好きには堪らない香りに包まれます。
蜂蜜をトローリとかけてパクリ…
おぉっ 縁の部分はパリパリっとクリスピーな生地。
中心部はモチモチしていて美味しく焼けています。
やるなぁオーブン、石窯ピザより好きな食感かも。
それにしても蜂蜜とゴルゴンゾーラってバッチリ合いますね。
◆チーズオムレツ￥820
トローリとろけるチーズとふんわり玉子の優しい味わい。
◆4種のチーズのショートパスタ￥1120
やべぇ、チーズ料理が3つも重なっちゃった。
でも全員チーズ好きだからいいのです。
クアトロフォルマッジペンネは食感も良くしっかりとした味わい。
途中。肉料理に合わせて赤ワインをお願いすると、店長のオススメはブルガリアワイン。
ブルガリアってヨーグルトしか無いと思っていたけどワインもあるのですねぇ。
◆YATRUS/2010￥4800
初めて聞いたマヴレッドというブドウ品種。
口に入れると重たさ感じるけどフレッシュな味わい、料理を邪魔しないのがいいね。
ブヒ～喰ったくった！
ここの店長の説明は早口だけど丁寧で分かりやすい。
とっても好印象なお店、ここはデートにピッタリ。
