なにこの隠れ家感
雑居ビルの2階に無造作にあるお店に見えない入口。
食に関してはかなりのマニアな友人RECOMMENDのお店だけに期待MAX。
元々『泡』専門のお店をされていたオーナーがオープンしただけあってスパークリングが豊富で美味しい✨
まずは常連さんにお任せでグランドメニューにはなかったけど
・パルマプロシュート&サラミ盛り合わせ
パルマ産の生ハムも去ることながら、肉の日山のサラミが美味しかったなぁー❤️
これは一般の人間買えないのかなw
・殻付きサザエのブルゴーニュ風オーブン焼
エスカルゴのようなイメージで頂いた逸品❤️
・マグロのカルパッチョが太っ腹な厚切りで食べ応え充分❗️そしてこのマグロがほんと美味しいのよ✨
三崎直送らしい✨
・国産和牛フィレ肉のカットステーキ
これ肉かなり美味しかったよ❤️
ダブルメイン✨魚に肉❤️
フィレ肉なら罪悪感ゼロ。
・スモークサーモンのわさびクリームパスタはほんのりわさびの爽やかな香りが漂うさらっとクリーミーな〆パスタだったわ！
(これだけで締まらないのが食いしん坊メンバーw)
その他カレー、パスタだの食べたのだけどこの辺りから酔いがww
肩肘張らないカジュアルな雰囲気でお料理も美味しい❤️
気持ちよく酔って、居心地もバツグン
こうやって隠れ家的な良店っていうのまだまだあるんだろうな✨
秘密にしておきたいお店がまた一軒増えちゃった。
