Kani Doraku was chosen for the year's social gathering. It was a delicious time! Tonight's menu was as follows.・Two kinds of peeled and boiled crabs: snow crab, red king crab ・Flower water Crab leg sashimi ・Crab chawanmushi ・Miso grilled crab ・Crab tempura ・Crab Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) /red soup stock ・Pickles ・Dessert Crab Samadhi did! All of them have great taste and go well with alcohol. It was great as a reward for myself at the end of the year. Thank you for the meal.
