おくむらに久しぶりに行きたくなって足を伸ばした。ところがコロナでしばらくやってないとの張り紙。メチャクチャがっかりする。
代々木公園方面に少し歩くとこの店を見つけた。
多くの人が定食を頼んでいるが僕の口は蕎麦の口になっている。シンプルにもりと刻み海苔を。
歯ごたえがあり蕎麦の香りもある。細めの田舎蕎麦の感じ。おくむらの蕎麦とは正反対だが悪くない。濃いめのつゆも良い。蕎麦湯は出なかった。
