We are committed to using only natural ingredients, and only the delicious seafood caught that day at our contracted fishing ports in the Seto Inland Sea is shipped directly to us. The dishes change every day depending on the catch of the day. Taste unique to natural products. We use plenty of fresh seafood from the Seto Inland Sea. Among them, the popular "Paella", which has been featured on TV, is made with carefully selected homemade additive-free stock mainly made from natural Seafood from the Seto Inland Sea. The rice is cooked in a special kiln to make it moist and absorbs plenty of special dashi stock. All 6 types!
