Medium fatty tuna, stone radish, red meat, squid, cod oyster, horse mackerel, sweet shrimp, steamed shrimp, salmon roe, sea urchin, whitebait, conger eel, and pickled okra thin rolls. It came with a bowl and was meant for one person. The rice has a grainy texture, and you can feel the stickiness on your fingertips, but it's not sticky at all. Vinegar's claims of sourness and sweetness are quite modest. As a result, the freshly grated wasabi tastes gorgeous. I was able to fully enjoy the quality of the material with the large seeds.
