I made a lunch reservation and visited on Sunday at 1130. It's the first one and it's empty. Isn't it trendy? Even though I thought so, I ordered a lunch plate. Chicken confit, pork roti, stick frites, and today's recommended Bistro Pork Cutlet. Four people ordered separately. Everything is delicious. The price is surprising as it even comes with lunch wine. The doneness of the confit, the cookedness of the pork and Steak, and the crispness of the pork cutlet are all exquisite. Everyone was overjoyed.
