渋谷東急ハンズ向かいの裏路地の裏路地にあるフレンチです。
店内は渋谷らしいナチュラルな内装のコンパクトなお店です。
カウンター6席にテーブル席が5席とアウトドア3席でした。
メニューはかなり限定的で前菜、穀物、メイン、デザートで
各カテゴリに4～5品程度がラインアップされていました。
生ハム盛り合わせ、ピクルス、鰆のマリネ、豚グリルに加え、
スパークリングワイン、ロゼ、赤をグラスで注文しました。
生ハムは羊肉があって独特の風味がとても面白かったです。
鰆と豚は半分ずつに盛り分けてくれて食べやすかったです。
鰆はサイドの生茄子やドライオリーブなどが効いていました。
豚のグリルはヒヨコマメのフムスやねっとりした山菜を添えて、
ハラルとハマムのミックスと言う珍しい組合せでした。
どのお料理もフレンチらしいプレゼンテーションになっていて、
美しい盛り合わせと意外性のある素材の組み合わせを提案して、
創造性をもって食べる人に投げかけるお料理ばかりでした。
そして満足感のあるボリュームなのに納得感のある価格で、
とてもバランスがとれているなと感じました。
