やっぱり味が落ちてきてるかなあ。
数年振りの訪問。コロナ緊急事態宣言事態での日曜日18時前で外待ち15人。
かたっぱしから食べて腹パンです。
とはいえ、はまずしやくらずしよりは、もちろん本格的だけれどねえ。
やや質が落ちてきているのではないかな。
あいかわらずの盛況ではありますが、暑いせいか、それとも質が落ちているためか、階段の方までは並びはありません。
開店に並ぶ種類は少なく、相変わらず殺伐とした雰囲気。外国人ウェイターがいなければ、営業はできないのだと思います。
ちょっとネタの質が以前に比べて落ちているのではないかと気になります。特に活きホタテ、活きミル貝など、以前は、貝が一般回転寿司と比べて出色だったのに、それほどのものではなくなってしまいました。夏だからでしょうか。
回転寿司の中では最強。貝好きには堪えられない。
友人に10年前くらいに勧められて以来、家族の回転寿司といえば美登利寿司の活。最初は目黒店に通っていたが、あまりの列の長さと立ち待ちに辟易していたところ、渋谷店ができたので、それから渋谷店に行くようにしている。
美登利寿司ということでなんでもそこそこの味は出しているが、特筆すべきは貝。極上の生の北寄貝が食べられる回転寿司はここだけではなからろうか。生のミル貝、赤貝も特上。貝好きには堪えられない。
貝の素晴らしさに比して、フロアサービスの劣悪さにはイライラがつのる（板さんはよい）。人手不足の折、フロアはほぼすべて外人。生を注文してもサーバーのところで注いだビールが放置されていたり、注文を間違えたり。最近、案内役も外人になっているが、全員がそろわない段階で案内するのはやめてほしい。
とはいえ、家族ではらいっぱい食べさせて1万円強。この味でこの値段はありえません。

今日は知人にせがまれて回転寿司に行くことに。都内の回転寿司の中では、ここ美登利寿司の回転寿司である活がおいしい。２年ぶりの訪問です。
土曜日の午後１７時半に訪問したところ、ざっと３０人待ちでしょうか。しかし、３０分ほどで入店できました。
美登利寿司の寿司ネタがどーんと数多く提供されていまして、安くて、おいしいです。来客の客層も７割ぐらいが外国人。フロア係は全員外国人。広いフロアなのですが、見る限り、板さんは４人しかおらず（以前はもっといた）、提供は極めてスローでして、さっと食べて帰るつもりが、入店から１時間以上かかってしまいました。
人手不足→客が捌けず→長蛇の列という悪い循環です。いい店だけに残念です。
退店時１９時、外待ち２５名です。
