トロホッケ味噌漬け＋小松菜のナムル
サバ・赤魚・ホッケなど魚の種類も多く迷います。
トロホッケの味噌漬けという事で、少し変化球でしたが、程良い脂がのって、食べやすい味噌漬けが焦げた香ばしさもあって、ご飯が進みます。
小松菜のナムルもゴマ油と程良いニンニクが効いて、シャキッと美味しい。
夜に訪れたいお店ですね。

以前ランチで訪れたお店に、いよいよ夜の部で訪問。
お任せ串5本、干物を串で提供するとは、アイディアメニューですね。5種の魚が楽しめます。
数の子ポテサラも食感楽しく、美味しいです。
お酒はビール&芋焼酎。日本酒も揃ってますが、今日はやめておきます。
美味しい魚と美味しいお酒を堪能出来ました。
