久しぶりに渋谷に来まして
さぁ何食べよ
と、ヒカリエに行ってみました
お昼時だったので混んでますね
意外とチェーン店多いという
外に並びなかったのでこちらにしました
店内綺麗ですね
メニュー表見まして
やっぱりお重が良い
下から2番目のやつにしました、うなぎちょっと多め
清汁を肝吸いに変えました

しばし待ちます
まずは、うまき
出来たて、程よい味つけと熱の通りの玉子、鰻の質ももちろん良くて見事な1品
2つのお皿に分けて提供してくれるのも親切ですね
さて、お重配膳、いただきます
うなぎの厚みとふっくら感
タレの味と量
ご飯そのものもちょうど合う
全てが揃って完成ましたね
どれも残さずに食べらる丁度良さ
隅っこにのこるご飯食べられるスプーン欲しいけど笑
肝吸いもしっかり出汁風味と具材が美味い1杯ですね
ちょっとだけのプラス料金ですので肝吸いは是非お召し上がりください
