Our store is a long-established eel specialty store in Hamamatsu. The eel is steamed Kanto style and has a fluffy texture. Dishes made with fresh eel can be enjoyed for both lunch and dinner. Enjoy the famous otachi eel chazuke in three ways: the first serving is like a bowl of eel, the second serving is topped with condiments and the flavor is as it is, and the final serving is Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）. Enjoy the classic unaju or the soft and fragrant shirayaki. Enjoy to your heart's content with wine or sake.
