渋谷ヒカリエが竣工した2012年から営業を続けている浜名湖産うなぎの専門店。
当時はまだそれほど全国展開をしていなかったのだけれど、この夏に訪れた際になんとなく箸袋の裏を見たらけっこう支店が増えていた（海外含めて11店舗。ワタシはチェーン店以外は書かないことにしている）。
炭火だった旧東急プラザの『松川』が無くなってから（そういえば新店舗にはまだ
行ってないなあ）は、ここばかり行っている。
この店のうなぎはいつも熱々でおいしい。
浜松風という浅蒸しのうなぎは脂が充分にのっていて、関東風にほぼ近いトロッとした食感。
たれの塩梅もうなぎ自体の風味を殺すことなくちょうどいい上品さ加減だと思う。
名物はお櫃うなぎ茶漬御膳。（並￥2915込～特上￥5720込）
もう関東でもすっかり知られているひつまぶしである。
まずはそのままうな丼、続いて薬味を載せて、最後はだし茶漬けでというやつね。
たまにはこういううなぎの食べ方も楽しいのだけれど、酒飲みの個人的な感想を言うと、ふつうに蒲焼きでいただくのがいちばん。
うな重は並\2695込～特上￥5500込。
ただ、緊急事態宣言下の利用は、アルコール類の提供をしていないためちょっと味気なかった。
肝焼き、うまき、たたき、うざくなどでまた一杯やれる日を楽しみにしている。
気になるのは、ホール係の男性スタッフがいつもつまらなそうに仕事してることだけ。
