白焼と肝焼きでまずビール
日本酒を飲みつつ〆は鰻茶漬けで
要するにひつまぶし的なメニューですね
浜松のお店なのね
その割に名古屋的なパリパリの香ばしさがなかったので、焼きは名古屋風ってわけじゃないのかしら
