After going up Dogenzaka in Shibuya, I came to the chef Matsugoro VII. When you pass through the crowds of Shibuya and enter the store, you will feel relieved at the stylish space. Casual dining with plenty of meat and Creative Cuisine. If you order draft beer, it comes with raw cabbage and you clean your stomach before eating the meat. It's a happy thing to do. First of all, the snacks are Burigakko cheese, which is refreshing and goes well with gakko and cheese. Steamed mussels in white wine, the mussel soup comes out well and goes perfectly with the white wine. Eat with baguette that comes with it. Lobster and avocado with shrimp mayo, I can't resist this! The sweetness of the luxurious lobster goes perfectly with the homemade mayonnaise. For the main course, I ordered the special beef sukiyaki hotpot.The first thing that surprised me was the A5 beef topped with mizuna and simmered over very low heat. No water is used, and the water from the vegetables and beef fat create a naturally delicious soup stock. First, you'll quickly dip a bite of sirloin into the soup stock and wrap it half-cooked with green onions. You can feel the sweetness very well. Sukiyaki is served with solid Okukuji eggs.
