We have over 20 types of wine by the glass, mainly from France, over 150 types of wine by the bottle, beer, sake, scotch, bourbon, Japanese whisky, eau de vie, calvados, etc. We focus on cheeses from France, Italy, Spain, and even domestic cheeses. Especially when it comes to domestic cheese, we receive products directly from producers that are never sold on the market. 渋谷で美味しそうなお店を探していたところ見つけたフロマージュ倶楽部さん。本来はフレンチとして営業されているようですが、緊急事態宣言期間中はランチでオムライスを提供されています。
こだわりの卵をふんだんに使ったオムレツはまさに「ふわとろ」。目の前で切って提供してもらえます。オムライスは元々バジルソースが付いていて、ケチャップはセルフになっています。今回は、さらにチーズソースと牛肉の煮込みのトッピングをお願いしました。ランチセットだと、オムライスの他にサラダとスープがついてきます。
牛肉の煮込みはほろほろで、口に入れるだけで溶けるほど。旨味も凝縮されていて、卵やチーズソーズとも好相性。そして、チーズソーズは欠かせない！と思いいただきましたが、これがまたオムライスにかけるととてつもなく美味しい。卵の濃厚さとチーズの濃厚さが相まって、思わずにやけてしまうほど美味しかったです（笑）チーズソースを頼むとブラックペッパーもセルフでいただけるので、それで味をしめるとより美味しさが増します。もう卵だけでも十分に美味しいのですが、バジルソース・ケチャップ・チーズソース・ブラックペッパー・牛肉の煮込みとオムライスとの組み合わせを楽しみながらいただけました。
お店は道玄坂を上り切る手前のあたりにあり、本当に小さいお店なので見逃してしまいそうになりますが、看板が出ていたりするので、ゆっくり歩いてみるとすぐに見つかるかもしれません。店内はかなり狭く、カウンター数席と２人座れるテーブルが２、３席といった感じでしたが、平日の昼はそれほど混んでいないため、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことができます。
