「チーズ屋さん本気のオムライス」がキャッチコピーのさまざまなチーズやワイン、フレンチ料理のお店。ランチタイムはオムライスをメインに営業しています。

休日昼に足を運びました。
通常すぐに入れますが、店の規模的に席数は少ないです。
◆本日は【ランチセット(オムライス+牛のデミグラス煮込み)】を注文。
卵は徳島県産の小林ゴールドエッグ、というのはさておき、このお店、オムライスがふわっとする瞬間をお客さんの前でその場で包丁で切って見せていただけるのが良かったです。
トマトケチャップはご自由にかけれますが、デミグラス派なので¥200でデミグラスソースを注文。
ケチャップライスはパサパサとしたクスクスのようなライス。オムライスはふわとろで、バジルペーストで食べれるのもこのお店ならでは。
また牛のデミグラス煮込みやコンソメスープ、サラダもフレンチビストロのようで美味でした。
