同月に2回目の訪間。
５種盛り合わせ2人で3000円、魅力的。生ハム イイダコの墨煮 農園野菜ひよこ豆ソース
牡蠣とキノコのブルギニオンソース 生ベーコンのキッシュ 和田精肉店メンチ&コロッケ バスク風羊ソーセージのキッシュ 小エビのビルビル マッシュルームの肉詰め タラのコロッケ バスク風トリッパ煮込み。
こんなにあったら 一回で食べきれなく未練が残ってきてしまった。やはりイチオシは マッシュルーム肉詰めです。今回 これに サラダ 豚肉グリエ パエリア食べて デザートケーキまで
ボトル白 赤 ビール 他 泡など。家庭のような居心地の良さで飲み過ぎてしまうのが難。会計は一人１万ちょっと。シェフの笑顔もいただき楽しい家路へ。
次回はブータンバスク（ぶたの血のソーセージ）とオーナーのご両親の経営している精肉店のメンチ&コロッケを食べたい。
