今夜は、新年度決起大会と称したおひとりさま定例焼肉。
渋谷での業務後ということで白羽の矢を立てたのがこちら。
神泉駅から③分ほどの好立地です。
残業後で入店が結構遅くなってしまったのですが快く受け入れてくれ、単身でも気兼ねしないアットホームな雰囲気がイイ。
お店1番人気の飲み放題付き上永秀コース7千円をオーダー。

そうそう、こちらを選んだ理由の一つが、炭火焼きということ。
やっぱりコレが1番だなーと。
煙も全然気になりませんでした。
まずは、すっきり梅酒で乾杯〜！

赤、緑、黄色のバランス良き組み合わせ。
中でもキムチが特にタイプの味付けでした。

鉄板のスターター肉、タン塩。
噛み締めるごとに感じる旨みとほんのりとした甘味が、炭焼きによりしっかりと引き出されます。

その日の仕入れで最も美味なる部位が提供される模様。この日は
・カイノミ
・上ハラミ
・ザブトン
・イチボ
・ランプ
それぞれの個性や魅力を比較しながら食べられるのが良いですね〜。
どれも下味付きで焼いただけで美味しい。
特に、横隔膜ならではの程よい弾力としっかりとした味わいの上ハラミと、サシが少なく旨みが強いランプが好みでした。

こちらも立派なホルモンでした。

この弾力が生卵との相性抜群。

およそ女子（女史）とは思えぬ食欲っぷりにお店の方も驚いたのではなかろうか。
実に濃厚、コクのあるカレー。
ど真ん中なテイストで我ながら大正解のチョイス！
