渋谷イタリアンの穴場を発見☆チェイスコ
灯台下暗しとはまさにこのこと。
何度も通り過ぎた横道の途中で、
ランチの看板を見つけました。
ほほう～ここの2階か。
最近はランチ営業をしてないメキシコ料理や、
この日、階段下まで行列ができてたハンバーグの店には行ったことがありますが、
同じ2階にイタリアンがあったんですね～。
『チェイスコ（CHASECO）』か。
ディナータイムはともかく、
ランチは土日祝日しかやってないのかな。
それでも日曜日の昼過ぎは4組ほどの先客さん。
カウンター席の向こうで、
シェフお一人できびきび動いておられました。
ランチでは、パスタやメインを頼むと、
フォカッチャとサラダがつくようです。
まず季節限定のなかで気になったのが、
サルディーニャ風プレゴーラ。どんなパスタだろう。。
もうひとつが、
「桃浦牡蠣のガーリックパスタ”リングイネ”」（1,580円）
宮城県石巻市の桃浦（もものうら）牡蠣、
初めて食べましたが立派ですね～！
巨大な牡蠣が5個も入ってました。
温かいフォカッチャと、オリーブなどが入ったサラダも
なかなか美味しかったことを強調しておきますね^^
こちらのイタリアン、穴場じゃないかな～

先日見つけた、渋谷の穴場イタリアン
『チェイスコ（Chaseco）』
ランチは土日祝日のみですが、
牡蠣のパスタが美味しかったので、間をおかずに再訪です。
前回、気になっていたメニューからオーダーしたのが、、
「プレゴーラ」
サラダとフォカッチャに続いて、
つぶつぶパスタが登場～
正確には、
プレゴーラ？
フレゴーラ？？
フレグラ？？？
サルデーニャ島のパスタらしく、
タピオカやイクラの大きさで見た目はリゾットですが、
やはりパスタなのでお米よりボリュームはありますね^^;
リコッタチーズも使っているそうで、
けっこうお腹がふくれました。
美味しくいただきました。
見た目以上にお腹いっぱいになれるかと^^
やはり最初に出てくる温かいフォカッチャと、
サラダも美味しかったですね。
シェフお一人でやられてますので、
お客さんの入り具合によっては、多少時間がかかるかもしれませんが、
週末にゆっくりランチを楽しめるお店かな～と思います。
