渋谷、東急本店のすぐ近くのビルの2階にあるイタリアン。通りに出ていた立て看板には米沢豚と桃浦牡蠣がオススメのようで、ランチで訪問。
客席は、カウンター6席、テーブル席4卓で窓からの光も入り明るい店内です。休日の遅めのランチ時間帯はテーブルに3グループ。
前菜、パスタ、リゾット、お肉などメニューが豊富ですが、桃浦牡蠣と米沢豚を柱に単品オーダー。
桃浦牡蠣と季節野菜のガーリックソテー¥1,400は、ぷっくらぷるんとした大ぶりの牡蠣がたっぷりと入っていて、トマトの酸味、ブロッコリーの歯ごたえ、レモンがほんのり効いて絶品です。
お店の方の説明では、桃浦(もものうら)は宮城県石巻市の小さな集落で、東北の大震災で養殖筏が流されたけれど、頑張って牡蠣の養殖を復活したのだそうです。
牡蠣はいいものを桃浦から直接仕入れているとのこと。とても立派で、ナマでも食べてみたいですね。
米沢豚のリエットピクルス添え¥660は、臭みなくとても食べやすいです。
サンマのトマトマリネシチリア風¥660は、トマトの酸味にレーズンの甘さが効いて旨味が増しています。
また桃浦の牡蠣を食べにお伺いしたいと思います。ごちそうさま。
