料理はどれも素晴らしかったですよ、美味しかったぁ。
ワインをちょっといいのを頼んでしまったので、使ったお金は高めになっていますが普通はもっとお安くあがっていると思います。
レバームース
牡蠣
豚のリエットサラダ仕立て
ひき肉、ジャガイモのグラタン（名前を忘れてしまった。メニューの名前は違います。）
牛ステーキ
クレームブリュレ
スパークリングワイン（グラス）
白ワイン（カラフェ）
赤ワイン（ボトル）
レバームース、牛ステーキはおすすめされただけあって、美味しかったぁ。
レバームースはふわっとした口当たり、レバーの深みある味＋独特の味付け、美味しかった。
ステーキは、低温で料理するとのことで40分ぐらいかかるとのことでした。
肉の塊が出てくるかと思いきや、たっぷりのマッシュルームのソースがかかっています。
このあたりがフレンチの良さですね。お肉の焼く具合もいいですがこのソースとの相性がいいねぇ～
カウンター席がメインのこちらのお店。
隣の方とお話しできたりするのもいいところですね。
帰り際のちょっとしたお話しでしたが、楽しいお食事にさらにプラスになりました。
