I recently came to Akabaru for lunch, which I first learned about when I ate at the restaurant on the first floor. I wanted to order the pasta with melty cheese and meat sauce that was on the outside menu, but it wasn't on the menu. It seems like the meat sauce pasta will be topped with melty cheese (+100 yen). So I ordered Set A (Caesar salad and slow-cooked meat sauce, 850 yen) and added the melty cheese topping (+100 yen). If you ask me the amount of pasta and I answer normal size (100g), is that okay? Is that ok? I was asked this again, so I changed it to a medium size (150g), but after eating it, I think it would have been better to leave it as a medium size. Salad and pasta were delivered in just 4 minutes after ordering. In order to achieve the basic vegetable-first diet, I would like you to bring a salad first. It's hard to eat the salad first because it seems like it's going to spread out if the paths are the same. Because it comes out at this speed, the pasta feels more like straight raw noodles without Kansui than fresh pasta, and has a texture similar to Chinese noodles. It may not have been boiled with salt because it didn't mix very well with the sauce. The melty cheese didn't have as much of an effect on the taste as it looked. For some reason, I got tired of it halfway through the meal and felt that the regular portion was enough. I could use Suica.
