神泉駅から歩いて4分ほどのところにある、雰囲気のいいおしゃれなワインバル。これはデートに行ったら女子がとても喜ぶと思います。
カウンターは8席位、程よくL字型
お店と店員さんの雰囲気もよく、色々と説明してくださり、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
今回注文したものは
まずはお通し的な
ベーコンとほうれん草のキッシュと鹿のコンソメスープ
鹿？飲んでみればわかる、鹿の味がします
キッシュは見た目通り、間違いなく美味しい
ブーダンノワールとりんごのピューレ
イベリコ豚でできている、コンビーフ的な
スペシャリテ！
いきなりワインが進みます
それと合わせて、カベルノとメルローでできているちょっと変わった味のワイン〜
臭いも独特こういう感じ好きです
何種類かのワインを試しましたが、ソムリエさんが全部ナイスチョイスでした！
赤も白も美味しかった
ブラータチーズとフルーツトマト
ブラータにはちみつをいただいてたべました。
店員さんがブラッターチーズを切ってくれるのですが、こちらのチーズのタイプがトロトロしない感じで、切った瞬間、普通にコロンっ！えっ？
て出てきてちょっと笑えました。
この組み合わせは美味しすぎます〜毎日食べたい

ルッコラとパルミジャーノのサラダ
ふっくらのサラダは、パルメザンチーズがいっぱいかかっていて、ほんのりバルサミコの味がするような気がした。ドレッシングがかかっているのでそのまま食べられる。トマトがめちゃくちゃ甘くて良い素材を使っているんだなぁと思っていました。
サイゼリヤ以来のエスカルゴ、食べず嫌いで早何年、その歴史が変わりました。エスカルゴってこんなにおいしいんですね。付け合わせのパンに、オリーブオイルで煮込んだエスカルゴの出汁をつけて食べる。至福の時！これはワインにとっても合います！すごい美味しい〜明日からカタツムリばかり食べてしまいそうです
牧草牛のお肉となり、ステーキは、焼き加減がとても良くて、外はカリカリ中はふんわり、歯応えがあります。どちらかというと、さっぱりしたお肉でした。
油があるのに脂肪分が少ないように感じました。
以外とさっぱりなので、食べやすいかと思います
パルメカンチーズのシンプルリゾットは、とってもさっぱりした味のものになっていました。ネーミングだけあり、こちらのリゾットであれば、結構お腹いっぱいの後でも食べれます。
ピコ・デ・ガヨ魚介とフレッシュトマトのスパゲッティ
欲張ってパスタも注文、もちろんお腹いっぱいでしたが、海鮮沢山で、味付けはどちらかというとサーモン寄りの味？麺が硬めで初めての食感！このパスタ変わっていて、とても好きです。ボロネーゼも食べてみたかったです
完全に食べすぎました〜女子2人でこのメニューを完食がちょっと厳しいかもしれません。
ワインも大満足で
また行きたいお店さんです
