もちろん肉質は柔らかく、深みのある赤ワインソースにもバッチリあっていました

メルロでこくと深みが残り、リブロースを引き立ててくれます
お肉との相性はバッチリな赤ワインでした
・牛肉のボロネーゼパスタ
アルデンテパスタに、旨味がギュット詰まったひき肉は、優しいトマトの酸味と一緒にパスタを引き立たせてくれています
上にかかったパルミジャーノもまた良い仕事してくれています
・カルバドスとアイスクリーム
シナモンアイスクリームと生クリーム添え

【まとめ】
今回は牛肉にしましたが、ポークもとても美味しそうでした(*^^*)お値段もお手頃ですし、ワインに合うお料理がたくさんあって、アラカルトでも食べたくなりました( *´艸｀)
