熊本の食材をふんだんに使用した料理を提供する
奥渋谷の神泉に店を構える『熊本串焼 ノ木口』
幻の地鶏「天草大王」や契約肉屋直送の新鮮な
馬肉など熊本産の食材を使用していて
串焼き、馬刺しや郷土料理を楽しめます。
天草大王のねぎまとだきみは大ぶりの串で
一本で普通の串の2本分はあるボリューム。
ちょうちんはクリーミーで口の中に広がり
鶏を全体に感じる素晴らしい一串。
馬刺しは色々な部位を堪能で同じ九州の福岡名物
胡麻カンパチも堪能できる盛り合わせはお得。
珍しい馬肉の串焼きはもとても鮮度が良く
柔らかく臭みなど全くなく美味しいです。
ユッケは契約肉屋直送の馬肉なので鮮度が
素晴らしい安全な生肉でアボガドの組み合わせは
まさに最強の化学反応でした。
〆は贅沢に天草大王の出汁を用いた濃厚な
鶏スープであっさりとした中華そば。
エントラスや店内はまるで古民家のような
風情のある和テイストでとっても落ち着く空間。
1階はカウンターのみ2階はテーブル完備と
様々な利用シーンに使える使い勝手の良い
隠れ家として使えるお店です。
