Our specialty is `` Grilled skewer' (kushiyaki), which has a 100% order rate. Meat and vegetables are carefully skewered and grilled to the perfect degree using Bincho charcoal. You can really feel the flavor of the ingredients themselves, and it's moist and juicy. Yakitori also includes Amakusa Daioh, a rare local chicken that is said to be a myth. These chickens are raised freely without stress and are characterized by moderately elastic flesh and concentrated richness and flavor. Also, this is the only place you can eat it in Tokyo! ?
