There is a store called ``Hokuriku Shunsen Kawase'' in the basement of the building next to Shibuya Ward Office. A restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood shipped directly from Ishikawa Prefecture, Toyama Uozu Fishing Port, and Shinminato Port, as well as Kaga vegetables from Kanazawa. Well, at this time, other than donations, this is the only support we can give... Since I visited late in the afternoon, just after 1:00 p.m., the ``Today's Sashimi Set Meal (with Small dish, was already sold out. It seems that the ``Ginger Grilled Yellowtail Set Meal (1,300 yen including tax)'' is also sold out. I heard that, unfortunately, no fish are coming in from Noto, including Wajima. I guess that's why we can't offer fried horse mackerel right now... The supply chain is broken... In the end, I decided on and ordered the specialty Seafood Bowl (2,700 yen including tax), which is the restaurant's proudest dish and the most expensive for lunch. I asked if I could order the fried white shrimp (1,280 yen including tax), which was written on a blackboard that was upside down in front of the store, but I was told that this was a dinner menu, so I gave up. The rice bowl is ready in 5 minutes. Koshihikari rice from Toyama Prefecture is topped with chopped seaweed and kinshi omelet. On top of that are seafood ingredients such as yellowtail, button shrimp, white shrimp, tuna, red sea bream, swordfish, and salmon roe. At first, I dipped the sashimi in wasabi soy sauce and ate it, but I got lazy and ended up pouring wasabi soy sauce on top. Both the red sea bream and squid are very fresh and delicious. I'm happy that the rice is quite delicious. The way you cook it is also good. The miso soup uses rural miso from Takaoka, and has a mild taste without being addictive. Miso soup ingredients include wakame, tofu, and mitsuba leaves. I don't think the white shrimp from Toyama Bay are in season, but they feel fresh and sticky and sweet. The botan shrimp is also excellent, and I'm glad that there's plenty of salmon roe in it. When I asked the owner later, I learned that they also bring the white shrimp that they currently catch to Tokyo. I see, it's very fresh. I ate it with the intention of supporting it, but it was quite delicious and I was very satisfied. It turned out to be a worrying story about Hokuriku, such as the store owner and the tough stories about Noto Wajima and Nanao, and the fact that the number of tourists in Hokuriku as a whole is decreasing. Although this store is centered around Toyama, they also have sake that is unique to Hokuriku. When he asked me to come at night next time, I thought, ``That's right.'' I'll bother you again. So, if you can go, please go.
