Our specialty is Meat Dishes, so in order for you to experience the real pleasure, we ask that you order one main dish (Meat Dishes) for 2 people. Appetizers are available in small portions that can be shared by two people, so please refrain from sharing one plate for more than four people. *Please note that when ordering à la carte appetizers for 4 or more people, two dishes of each type will be served. As a guide, 2 to 3 appetizers and 1 Meat Dishes dish is the appropriate amount for 2 people. |
宮益坂のクアアイナ脇の路地にある「ネオビストロシナプス（NEOBISTROSYNAPSE）」。本格的なフランス料理が気軽に楽しめる店として耳目を集めます。
店内はフランスのざっかけないビストロといった雰囲気で、沢山の絵が掛けられているのが印象的。おっちゃんたちが飲み会をやっている一方で、若い女の子が女子会しに来ていたりと客層が幅広い。
グラスワインが豊富で、ビールやカクテルなどのアルコールも沢山用意されています。我々はボトルで注文しましたが、コース料理には飲み放題プランもあるようで、チームの飲み会などで利用すればリーダーの株が上がりそうです。
お通しとして小さなスープとパンが供されます。スープは濃厚な味覚ながらピリっとスパイシーで食欲を刺激する。パンはコロンと丸くて可愛いのですが、密度が高いというか何というか、穀物の深みを感じさせるものでした。
ホタルイカとマッシュルーム。想像以上のマッシュルーム量で、特有の土っぽい香りが魅力的。ホタルイカの旨味・苦味と合わせて大人の味覚です。
サラダを注文すると、オフトゥンがかけられてやってきました。その正体はモルタデッラ（ハム）であり、たっぷりの生野菜と合わせて身体が健康へと向かいます。
豚モツのトマト煮込み。たっぷりのモツが放り込まれているものの、独特の臭みは排除されれており、モツの美点のみを楽しむことができます。旨味の強いトマトの風味に良く合う。
メインは鴨肉のロティ。まさに王道の調理であり、ソースを含めてフランスらしさが強いひと皿。付け合わせのお野菜も味が濃く、好きなタイプのメインディッシュでした。
この日は激しく飲んだので支払金額はひとりあたり1.5万円でしたが、常識的な飲酒量に留めれば7-8千円に落ち着くでしょう（飲み放題付きのプランは6,600円～だ）。
料理のラインナップは異なりますが、方向性としては銀座「ルフージュ（Refuge）」に似た食後感。つまりどちらも素晴らしいお店です。
日替わりランチは1,500円とやはりお値打ちなので、次回はランチにお邪魔してみたいと思います。
