緊急事態宣言解除後、初めて渋谷ヒカリエのレストラン街へ。まだ休業中のところが数軒ありますが、ようやく再開したお店もあり。 まだ行ったことがないこちらのチーズ料理のお店に入ってみました。
言うほどチーズが好きなわけではないのですが、妙に店頭の写真が美味しそうで・・
広々として雰囲気の良い店内。奥の4名掛けテーブルへ案内頂きました。 メニューはさっと流して見ただけですが、どの料理にもチーズが使われていると思われます。 私は「オムライス」にしました。チーズがかかってます。
その前に、まずはビールとピクルスで落ち着く。
ピクルス美味しい◎ 酸味と甘みのバランスが良くてすごい好きな味でした。
その後すぐにオムライスが登場。
おぉ～！グツグツしている状態で出て来てくれるんですね。これは嬉しい◎
オムライスには超濃厚デミグラスソースがかかっており、その上から真っ白なチーズソースが掛かっています。 オムライスの中身はケチャップライスではなく白いごはんで、細かく刻まれたベーコンが入ったピラフでしょうか。 ソースが濃厚なのでご飯はケチャップライスよりこれが正解でしょう。
とは言え、この時点で自分がオムライスを食べているという感覚はもうありません。
デミグラスソースは超濃厚ですが大きなお肉がごろごろと入っており、柔らかくておいしい。
チーズソースは全然重くなく、さらっとしていてそこまでチーズ感がありません。私はこれくらいがちょうど良いですが、ほんとにチーズ好きな人はもっと濃厚なチーズ感を期待してしまうかもですね。
久しぶりに赤ワインを飲みながら完食です。
普段あまり好んで食べないような物を、今日は食べてみました。 濃い味の物は嫌いじゃないので、それなりに美味しく頂きました。極々たまにはいいかなと思います。
こちらのお店は、ラクレットやチーズフォンデュを楽しむ方が多いようですね。
店員さんがどなたも感じが良く、居心地の良いお店でした。またこってりしたい日に(^^)
