Depending on the season, we purchase the highest quality fresh black truffles from all over the world, directly from the source. You can enjoy the luxurious aroma of freshly harvested black truffles by shaving them in front of your eyes. The pasta is ordered from Awaji Island, where the raw material, durum semolina flour, is grown in one of the few areas in Japan.
