ずっと楽しみにしていたトリュフのパスタ行きました！！
お酒の飲めない友人だったので、お酒を頼まなくてもよいのですか？と確認し「大丈夫ですよ～」と優しい笑顔♪
食券もありますがカード払いも出来ますとのことで、友人は食券を買って注文、私はカード払いとしてカウンターに座りました。
友人はジンジャーエール、私はレモネードを注文しました。
このレモネードがすっごく美味しかった！！
前菜にチーズとトリュフをまぶしたフライドポテトが出て来ました。
あ～パスタが待ち遠し～
食べてみたかったトリュフのパスタ♪
茹でるのになかなか時間が掛かります。
出てきたパスタは太い麺で中が空洞でした。
チーズのクリームパスタです。
パスタは生麺パスタで週変わりだそうです。
スペインのトリュフをスライサーでサッサと掛けて出来上がり♪
あ～これがずっと食べてみたかったトリュフのパスタかぁ～感慨深い。。。
Led Zeppelinを聴きながら雰囲気もいい感じ♪
パスタ、ワインに合わせて頂くためか味濃いめです～
トリュフって単体で食べると味がしない。。。
もはやトリュフだらけで香りも分からなくなっている(笑)
ボリューミーでお腹いっぱいです～
また、香りを忘れた頃に来てみよう(笑)
