渋谷駅と表参道駅の間くらい、青山学院大学のすぐ近くにあるお店です。
随分と前に王様のブランチ(確か)でこのお店を知って、気になっていたお店です。
トリュフパスタとワインのみのお店でした。
そのお店が、この度リニューアルオープン！
ランチメニューは5種類ほどあり、全てスープとドリンクがつきます。
ディナーではパスタ以外にもお肉も楽しめるようになっています。
こちらのお店の看板メニューであるトリュフのパスタは、ディナーメニューのみですが、事前にお願いしたらランチでも出してくださいます。
今回ランチで伺い、トリュフパスタをいただきました！
・ウンブリア産黒トリュフのカルボナーラ ¥2900
出てくる前に、黒トリュフを削ってくれます。
お店の中が一気にトリュフの香りで満たされます…！
スパイスではなく、ごろごろパスタの上に乗ってます。
パスタを食べると、本当に香りがすごい。トリュフオイルでしょうか？とんでもないです。笑
お肉の量がとーーっても多くて、また味も濃いめなので、お腹空いてる時にオススメです！
それかディナーでワインとステーキとともに、シェアしながら食べるのが良いかも！
トリュフたくさんで、一日中自分がトリュフの香りしたと思います(表現汚い。笑)
リニューアル直後だからか、接客が安定してませんでしたが、次回は期待です！！
