★ランチはトリュフパスタの他に1200円程のパスタが数種類ありました。

約10分でやってきたチーズクリームのパスタ、
その上に、店員さんが目の前で黒トリュフを削ってくれます。
スライスされたトリュフがハラハラと舞い落ちる毎に、クセのある魅惑の香りが広がりテンションMAX✨

パスタは自家製の生麺。
うどんのようにモチモチっとしています。
チーズソースも濃厚で、バターの風味も感じます。
