渋谷と代官山の間あたりにあるお寿司屋さん。
昔は八幡通り沿いにありましたが移転されました。
ランチにて訪問。
ビルの地下にあり、降りる途中の階段には昔の看板が。
V字のカウンターに案内され着席。
上握りをオーダー。
大トロ、ヒラメ、赤身、鯛、サーモン、鯵、帆立、巻物、玉、お吸い物
握りはかなりテンポよく2貫ずつどんどん提供。全部提供に10分かかってなかった感じ。
シャリは硬すぎずややふんわり系、シャリに対してネタは少し大きめな印象。
ホタテ、鯵が好みでした。
