会社での懇親ランチで利用。
なんだか、昼からリッチな気分！
クリスマスの時期につき、時期感満載のコース。
まずはブルーテ。というかそれ何って感じ。
ズワイガニがしっかり効いていて美味しい。
次に、帆立と甘エビのタルタル。
また変わった味ですが素材が生きて美味しい。
そしてブイヤベースも美味しい。
初めてブイヤベース美味しいと思ったのかも。
色々混じり複雑な味ですが、深みがある。
お代わりできるフランスパンも良かった。
待ちに待ったメインはヒレ肉。
オシャレな盛り付けで視覚的にも満足。
ヒレ肉だけあって柔らかい。
真っ赤なビーツをつけながら。
ラストのデザートもなんだかおシャレ！
しっかり2時間堪能して、全て美味しく。
そいでもって、6,000円代は満足かも。
贅沢な時間を過ごせたランチであった。
（仕事の合間でなければワイン飲みたかった）
