渋谷駅から徒歩数分、スクランブル交差点を超えてみずほ銀行のビル横、8Fです。
12月にオープンしたばかりの新しいお店。
スタンダードなコースに唐揚げがついた醍醐コースの利用。
付き出しは湯引き
席につくなり素早く提供。肉厚、弾力アリアリ。
てっさ
てっさもソッコーで来る。一人分ずつ提供。
前回フグを食べたのはとらふぐ亭で、それ以来でしたので結構久しぶり。比較するのはアレですが、こちらのフグの方が美味しいです。身の弾力がちょい強め、味もしっかりしていて想像以上に美味しかったなぁと素直に思いました。こういう食べ物だと認知しているので、元々好物ではありません。
唐揚げ
唐揚げとししとう、銀杏も横に添えられていて嬉しい。
てっちり
白子を別で注文。鍋の中でコロコロと1分弱、トロッとコッテリ美味しかったです。
雑炊
スタッフが作ってくれました。黄身がすごく濃かったのが印象的。最初から出汁が薄いので自分で味の調節ができて良い。
アイス
ナッツがゴロゴロ入ったナッツアイス。今日イチ美味しい。笑
オープンしたばかりで店内は綺麗、ファミレスのように1席が区画され隣が気になりません。でも自ら来ようとは思わないかなあ。
