かつて六本木や新宿の雑居ビルなどにこのようなお店はいくつかあって、神業的焼き加減のお肉にカリカリガーリックライスを楽しみにしたもの。
昨今の影響でメニューは限定的。
伊勢えび、佐賀牛で10000円弱。
スープに始まり、赤身などのお造り、伊勢えび、お野菜、そしてお肉、選べるガーリックライスor出汁ラーメン。桜のどら焼❤️
外さないお料理と佐賀牛の脂の別格の甘さに感動です。
個人的にはこの規模の目の行き届くカウンターは好きです。
