Now, let's do our best! Today, I visited Sushi Risaki! Risaki-san is a shop run by a young owner. It's a very bright and lively shop with a great atmosphere. The chef's desire for you to enjoy the food is reflected in all of the dishes, and they are all delicious! The style of this restaurant is to start with the tea beans. All the snacks are of Japanese Cuisine quality. All of them were excellent, but the hairy crab yolk with vinegar and the fried cutlassfish were truly outstanding dishes. Each nigiri is made with a consistent effort, and you can get a glimpse of the effort put into bringing out the best in each topping. The moment you put Sumiika in your mouth, the impact of the squid's flesh hits you along with Kabosu. The boiled clams have a honey-like sweetness that brings out the tenderness of the clams. The one that was outstanding was Nodoguro. The slightly grilled Nodoguro has a wonderful flavor and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes you groan. Each nigiri is ingenious and powerful, and the consistency reflects the general's bright and powerful personality. I think it's a wonderful shop in that sense, as everyone is thoroughly entertained and served. It was delicious! feast!
