祖母の鰹節を削る所作と味噌汁に心を動かされ、その魅力を伝える永松真依氏。産地を巡り、漁師を訪ね、鰹を追いかけ回遊する。ご飯に削り節を盛り、生産者の想いを届ける。おかわりの鰹節は客自ら手削りするのが楽しい。客を送る言葉は「ありがつお」。おばあちゃんの愛から生まれた感謝の言葉

◎店主の永松氏は鰹愛が半端ない。ライブ形式でその新鮮な鰹節を削り立てを鰹愛とともに提供されています。
感想
ずっと前から気にはなっていたお店。すごい行列と聞いていたので敬遠していましたが、今は価格も上がり行列マシだと聞いて朝一訪問しました。
究極の風味旨味を堪能させていただきました。
めちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。永松氏もキュートな方でとっても好印象でした。
