渋谷で鉄板焼きを食べたいと思って調べて気になったのでお邪魔してみました。
1人10,000円のコース。
お酒がやや高めなので何杯も飲むと結構いってしまいます。
目の前でガレット、どら焼きの皮を作って下さったり演出が楽しいです。
パピヨットも鉄板の上に袋を載せてそのまま蒸し焼きにするのが楽しかったです。
肝心な黒毛和牛のサーロインはあっさりめですがかねり脂を感じます。甘くて美味しいです。
個人的に追加料金でできた白米→ガーリックライスかとても美味しかったです。
どら焼きの皮には白玉粉配合でもちもち、あんこは甘さ控えめですが3時間煮ているだけあって舌触りがよく美味しかったです。
サービスがかなりいい気配りできている店舗さんでした。
適度に会話したり、説明してくださってお料理を楽しみつつ過ごせた時間でした。
